Led by a diverse group of professionals with a proven track record of value enhancement via the acquisition, redevelopment and management of real estate projects, Xemex invests opportunistically in real estate assets situated predominantly in the New York City area. Target investments range in size from $500,000 to $25,000,000 and represent equity and debt interests in apartment, retail, and office properties. A central component of the firm’s strategy is to pursue commercial real estate projects via joint ventures with land owners and construction companies. In doing so, Xemex is able to drastically reduce capital requirements and profit from today’s market dislocations.
